Choapa Province is a province in the Coquimbo Region of Chile. Its capital is Illapel. Spread over an area of 10,136.6 km2 (3,913.8 sq mi), it had a population of 92,350 inhabitants as per the 2024 Chilean census. The province was established by law on 1 August 1974.
